What is that actually?
The Picture Book Cinema has developed as a special form of reading and storytelling. While the story from the book is read aloud or told, the pictures are projected in large format onto a screen via iPad and projector.
The picture book has a special significance for child development. The stories and images in books help in coping with everyday experiences and open up a fascinating world of new experiences. The event format of the Picture Book Cinema introduces children to books in an exciting and playful manner. The aim is to motivate children to read in the broadest sense; it is intended to stimulate their imagination and enhance their linguistic expression.
