The Prüm Region is known not only for its charming natural beauty, but also for its vibrant and diverse art scene. International and regional artists shape the cultural life through painting, sculpture, and crafts, often drawing inspiration from the Eifel landscape. Numerous exhibitions, small galleries, and cultural events offer insights into contemporary and traditional art forms. Particularly noteworthy is the close connection between art, history, and regional identity, which makes the Prümer Land an inspiring place for creative people and art enthusiasts. With the European Association of Visual Artists from the Eifel and Ardennes (EVBK), which has existed since 1957, the Prüm region is home to an art association that embodies the European spirit. Its annual exhibition in Prüm showcases selected works by artists from the Eifel-Ardennes region, which encompasses Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg.
Our sculpture park combines art and nature to create a unique space for exploration. In our own workshop, we craft custom metalwork pieces made of copper and Corten steel for the home and garden, which visitors can discover on site.
An imaginatively designed landscape awaits visitors to the sculpture park in Niederprüm on an outdoor area of around 20,000 square meters.
The artists' settlement White Soaps has existed for more than 50 years. It is located in the middle of the Eifel, surrounded by forest and calm on a high plateau above the Kylltal. The town with its 50 inhabitants is characterized by the artists working here and their visible works.
As the European Association of Visual Artists from Eifel and Ardennes (EVBK), a working group of visual artists from Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg, we promote the European idea - cross-border friendship.
