Listen up! How do sounds occur and why do some sound high or low? Together, we will transform our student research center into an acoustics-laboratory, experimenting with sounds, observing vibrations, and exploring how sound travels. We will also measure the volume of various everyday noises and find out just how loud our environment really is.

Workshop

In this exciting workshop, you will dive into the fascinating world of sounds together with us. Our student research center will turn into an acoustic laboratory, where experiments will be conducted, tested, and marveled at: Together we will explore how sounds are created, how sound travels, and how our ear perceives tones. We will make objects resonate, observe vibrations, and recreate small sound experiments ourselves.
