The mobile youth work is organizing a yoga course in Heckhuscheid.


Yoga course

Participation for youths aged 11 and older. The course focuses on mindfulness, self-care, yoga, healthy nutrition, and preparation.

Registration with Sabrina Heydmann.

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
