eifelnomaden
Would you like to celebrate your bachelorette party in style with a campfire and mulled wine? Then the llama and alpaca walk with a fire pit is perfect for you! The 4-kilometer hike is easygoing with minimal elevation changes. Back at the paddock, a fire pit with bread on a stick and sausages awaits you. Snuggle up in warm blankets and enjoy some hot punch or mulled wine!
Hike
Enjoy your last big date together as single women! Our llama boys are the only male guests allowed. Spend some relaxing time with the llamas on a walk with these fluffy four-legged friends. The hike is about 4 kilometers long with minimal elevation changes, making it perfect even for those who aren’t big on sports ;-).
We’ll be out with the llamas and alpacas for about an hour. Back at the paddock, a fire pit, bread on a stick, and fresh sausages will be waiting for you. You’ll sit around the fire pit and can grill bread on a stick and sausages. If the weather isn’t cooperating, you can sit under our rain-proof awning and snuggle up in warm blankets. For drinks, we offer non-alcoholic hot punch and homemade mulled wine.
How does the event work?
Your tour begins and ends right below the Schönecken castle ruins on the eifelnomaden pasture. After an entertaining introduction, during which you’ll get to know the llamas and learn how to lead them, you’ll set off with your guide on a walk through the nature reserve.
The route first leads down a grassy path into the Altburgbach valley. We’ll walk through the juniper groves and soon reach the valley floor again. Next comes a gentle climb up to the Burgberg, where we’ll stop for photos in front of the rustic ruins of Schönecken Castle. Passing by the Wilhelmshöhe, we’ll head back to the llama pasture, where you’ll have plenty of time once again to take unforgettable souvenir photos.
When you return, a cheerful fire is already flickering in the two fire pits in front of our open stable. Maybe you’ve grilled bread on a stick together as kids? If not: We’ll show you how it’s done! While bread on a stick and sausages cook in one fire pit, mulled punch simmers quietly in the other. Or would you rather try our homemade, spicy mulled wine? A bachelorette party doesn’t get much more authentic than this!
If the weather isn’t quite cooperating, we’ll move the fire pits under our awning, and you can snuggle up in our warm blankets.
