Kurpark Stadtkyll

The beautifully landscaped Kyllpark in the heart of Stadtkyll is a hub for people of all ages.

Extensive deciduous and coniferous forests surround the state-recognized climatic health resort of Stadtkyll. The air here in the Eifel is crisp, and there’s plenty to do. The spa park is located in the heart of the town. It forms the center of Stadtkyll. It is a spacious landscape through which the Kyll meanders. Thanks to renaturation efforts, the Kyll has become more accessible; riverbanks have been flattened, and the ecological condition of the small river has improved.

Wide gravel paths wind through the park, crossing bridges, and the numerous benches and lounge chairs seem to whisper to visitors: “Why not make yourself comfortable here for a while, enjoy the view of nature, and watch the Kyll as it winds its way along.” Your eyes relax as you gaze at the green meadows and trees. After unwinding, a short stroll through the grounds beckons. There’s a barbecue area in a central location that anyone can use. The Kyll Bike Path runs right nearby, and many cyclists enjoy riding along it.

The spa park also features a newly built bocce court where you can roll the balls amidst the greenery and compete with family or friends. The bocce balls are available for free rental right next to the court. This way, a relaxing visit to the park quickly turns into a fun, social experience.

Service Information Parking is available right next to the park. Restrooms are located at the local tourist information office (Burgberg 22) or at the Hotel am Park. The paths through the park are wide and easily accessible. Assistance dogs are permitted in the spa park. Numerous benches are available for resting.
